From humble beginnings…
The owners Judy and Clifton Boudman have been fine dining enthusiasts while traveling around the world. Their cooking inspirations lead to the creation of Cafe Sorpreso. An exquisite dining experience where the menu is worldly and ever changing. Cafe Demoiselle emerged from the success of Cafe Sorpreso. The name Cafe Demoiselle was inspired by the Pablo Picasso painting “Les Demoiselles d’Avignon,” a copy of which hangs on the wall.
Where we are today?
A rising star: Whitney McNamee from Fort Fairfield Maine, who studied culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island is the bakery's Chef. Creating many tasty treats... “We’re really lucky to have her. She’s taking us to a different level,” said Judy Boudman.
